On September 14, 2014 my friends, Charity, Lauren, Ellie, Allyson, Laura, Meredith, Miranda, Emma and I went to the First Christian Church. We had been looking for a good church to attend since we got to school. Unfortunately, none of us found one that we really loved until we went to FCC. The church service was on a Sunday morning and it starts at 10:45 and lasts till 12:00. In the beginning there is a band that sings, and they did a great job. I really enjoyed listening to the pastor and I thought he did a great job of keeping it lively and exciting. He was funny but when it came time to talk about important things he was serious and was able to tell his sermon well. After the service was over he went to the door and thanked everyone for coming. He seemed very personable and actually cared about each individual, which meant a lot to me. Every Sunday since then I have gone to FCC and I have had a great time being there.
